Privacy Policy

We at iRestDC take your privacy seriously. This document explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are. We wrote it in plain English, without unnecessary legalese.

01What data we collect

We collect three kinds of data:

Account details — name, email, phone number, and business name. You enter these yourself when signing up or leaving a request through the marketing site.
Usage data — which pages you open in the dashboard, what actions you take. We keep this as anonymous as we can and use it to improve the product.
Your customers' data — names, phones, and delivery addresses of people ordering from your catalog. We hold this in trust for you.

02How we use the data

We use your data to:

Run the service and keep your catalog online.
Send you operational updates (order summaries, system alerts).
Improve the product — which features work, where people get stuck.
Meet legal obligations.

We don't sell data. Ever. Not even to advertisers.

03Who sees your data

Our iRestWEB team only sees the minimum required to support you. Sub-processors:

iRestSMS (owned by iRestWEB) — sending SMS messages for OTP verification.
Our hosting provider — encrypted database and server hosting.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking.

04How long we keep it

Account data is kept as long as the account is active, plus 90 days after cancellation. End-customer data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion, or immediately on request.

05Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (1981) and GDPR (if you're in Europe), you have the right to:

Access your data and receive a copy.
Correct or update incorrect data.
Delete the account and all related data.
Export your data in a common format.
File a complaint with the data protection authority.

06Cookies

We use only essential cookies — login, shopping cart, and language preference. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser — but the service will stop working.

07Security

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are stored with bcrypt. Database access is restricted to internal VPN with 2FA. Daily encrypted backups.

08Policy changes

If we change anything material, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The last update date appears above.
